We may offer sales and promotions on a daily or weekly basis. This policy outlines the rules governing all promotional types — including flash sales, Limited Deal offers, and standard discounts — as well as how price adjustments are handled. To stay informed about the latest promotions, refer to our website, social media, or subscribe to our marketing emails.

Discounts & Promotions

Stacking discounts or promotions is not permitted on any orders unless explicitly stated otherwise. All promotional types — including flash sales, Limited Deal offers, and standard discounts — operate independently.

Free or discounted shipping and other special promotions cannot be combined with sale price adjustments.

Flash Sales

Flash sales are time-sensitive promotions offered for a defined period or while limited stock remains. Due to their exclusive nature:

Flash sale prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or price adjustments.

Price matching is not available for flash sales — these offers are strictly first-come, first-served and offered only while supplies last.

Flash sale discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased items.

Limited Deal Promotions

"Limited Deal" promotions are exclusive offers on a pre-allocated, limited quantity of select Harvey Industries International products. Unlike time-based sales, these promotions end when the designated inventory sells out — not at a set time.

These offers are first-come, first-served and available only while supplies last. We do not guarantee availability or offer extensions once inventory is depleted.

Limited Deal prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or price adjustments.

Price matching is not available for Limited Deal offers.

Limited Deal discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased items or to regularly priced inventory.

Price Adjustments

Standard Sales

Price adjustments can be made once per order within 7 days of the original purchase date, including for back-ordered products and delayed shipping requests.

Adjustments are issued as store credit, applicable only to the website through which the order was originally placed (Harvey Woodworking or Bridge City Tools). No other adjustments can be made.

Free or discounted shipping and other special promotions cannot be combined with lower sale price adjustments.

Holiday Sales (excluding Flash Sales and Limited Deal offers)

A price adjustment may be honored in the form of a digital gift card if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Customers must provide their order number when requesting a holiday price adjustment.
