Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which an order may be cancelled, the fees that apply, and how to proceed if your order has already shipped. Please review carefully before submitting a cancellation request, as fees may be non-refundable depending on the stage of your order.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests can only be completed for orders that have not yet left our shipping facility. If an order has already shipped, the request will be treated as a return.

We try our best to process orders within 3–7 business days, but delays can occur due to high volume or other reasons.

Processing Fee

As long as the order has not been prepared for shipment, it may be cancelled — however a 5% processing fee will apply.

PayPal checkout does not impose a 5% fee for processing online payments.

Credit Card Fee & Refunds

When placing an order, a 5% credit card processing fee is applied. Orders that are cancelled will not be reimbursed for this fee.

Full refunds may be accepted as store credit.

Stop Shipment & Return Fees

If we need to stop a shipment and return an order after it has left our facility, additional fees may apply and the initial shipping costs are not refundable.
