TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT


***IMPORTANT***

  • We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. However, due to a high volume of orders, you can expect your order to ship in 3-5 business days. This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed.
  • Orders with a value of $500 or more may need to be signed for by a recipient who is at least 18 years old. If you don't correctly plan the delivery, then the order may be sent back to us. If it is sent back to us, you might be responsible for the shipping fees again.
  • In case of any damage or missing items, you must report it within 17 days of receipt; otherwise, we won't be able to provide replacements under warranty.
  • If you alter the mailing address after placing your order, there can be extra fees involved. You won't be able to modify your address after your order ships. 



BACKORDERS 

If nothing else is provided, out-of-stock items will be put on backorder and shipped out as soon as they become available. The website's estimated ship dates can be used to estimate when a product will run out of stock. Before placing an order, be sure to pay special attention to this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Canadian Shipments: 

Ensure to place orders through the correct country-specific store to avoid cancellations; utilize ".ca" for Canadian purchases and ".com" for United States purchases. Incorrectly processed orders may require cancellation and re-purchasing through the appropriate platform. 



CANCELLATIONS

Although commonly accepted, order cancellations may result in a 5% online payment processing fee if refunded back to the original payment method. Full refunds may be accepted as store credit. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation may not be accepted. We try our best to process orders within 48 hours. Therefore, if we need to stop shipments and return an order, there could be additional fees. The initial delivery costs are not refundable. 



Local Pick Up

If you selected Local Pickup as your shipping option, then you will receive an email notification when

your order is ready for pickup. From there, you will need to contact us to schedule your

appointment for the local pickup.


Once you've been notified via email there is a 90-day period to conduct pick up on your order, failure to do so will result in the cancelation of the order, and standard cancelation fees will apply.



 *Price adjustments for sale items are limited to one per order and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. These adjustments will be provided exclusively as store credit. Beyond this period, no further accommodations will be available.
