Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

To better serve the needs of customers in Canada, Harvey offers select products through a pre-order program. These items may not be publicly available through the Canadian online store but can be purchased through our pre-order process.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing a pre-order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of checkout for all pre-order items.

Shipping

Pre-order items are expected to ship within 60 days of the order date unless otherwise specified on the product page. Harvey will provide order status updates via email throughout the pre-order process. Customers should refer to estimated shipping dates on the website for the most current availability information.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier transit times.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally be shipped separately, with in-stock items shipping first.
Customers wishing to have all items shipped together should contact Harvey Customer Service immediately after placing their order.
Changes to the shipping address after an order has shipped may result in additional shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet entered the shipping preparation process.

To request a cancellation, contact Harvey Customer Service at (888) 211-0397 as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Fees

Due to the special-order nature of pre-order items, approved cancellations are subject to the following fees:

A 25% handling fee based on the total order value.
The 5% credit card processing fee charged at time of purchase is non-refundable.
Additional non-refundable fees may apply to cover costs associated with order processing, packaging, restocking, or other expenses already incurred.

Any applicable fees will be communicated during the cancellation process.

Returns & Refunds

If a pre-order cannot be cancelled prior to shipment, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with Harvey's return policies.

Damaged or Defective Products
Harvey will cover all return shipping costs.
Replacement products will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Standard Returns
Customers are responsible for all applicable return shipping costs.
Restocking fees may apply.
Standard return policy requirements and timelines remain in effect.

Sales & Promotions

Pre-order items are excluded from promotional pricing unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Discounts and promotional offers do not apply to pre-order items.
Price adjustments will not be made for purchases completed before, during, or after promotional events.
Multiple discounts or promotional offers may not be combined.
Eligibility

Harvey welcomes all customers to participate in the pre-order program.

Harvey reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if fraudulent activity, abuse of the pre-order program, or violations of these terms are suspected.

Policy Changes

Harvey reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Sales Policy.
