Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bridge City Tools typically processes and ships in-stock items within 1–3 business days. During holidays or major sales, this timeline may be extended.

Harvey ground shipments allow 3–5 business days to ship from our facility. During holidays or major sales this may be extended. Back-ordered items ship based on their estimated ship dates — if they arrive sooner, our team will ship them as soon as possible. Please note that UPS and USPS have discontinued their transit time guarantees.

Transit times for the shipping option chosen at checkout are separate from order processing times and begin after the carrier receives and scans the package at their depot. Estimated transit time for faster shipping methods is in addition to order processing time.

Items valued at $500 or higher require an adult signature during delivery. Please arrange availability to accommodate.

A shipping notification email including your tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

Order prep at our facility averages 3–7 business days. Transit time to your shipping location averages 7 days. Shipping times may be extended during busy seasons.

Shipping rates are exclusive to the continental United States and do not include HI, AK, Territories, or the Islands. Extra charges may apply for shipping beyond these areas.

International orders may be subject to customs taxes based on the destination country's customs policies. Customers ordering from outside the United States must arrange their own customs broker. International shipping duration is typically 5–7 business days processing, plus 5–10 business days transit. Please be prepared for possible delays.

Shipping costs depend on the location of your shipping address relative to our facility in Vancouver, BC. Shipping time is usually 5–7 business days, with an additional 5–10 business days for transit. Delays may occur.

Any changes to the shipping address after the order is placed may incur additional fees. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.
