Shipping & Delivery

Parcel Shipments:

• Bridge City Tools takes pride in our fast and efficient shipping process. We typically process and ship in-stock items within 24 hours, although during special occasions like holidays or major sales, this might extend up to 48 hours.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for ground shipments. Please be aware that UPS and USPS have discontinued their transit time guarantees.
• The transit times for the shipping option chosen at checkout are separate from the order processing times and begin after the carrier receives and scans the package at their depot. If selecting a faster shipping method, the estimated transit time will be in addition to the order processing times. 
• Items valued at $500 or higher will necessitate an adult signature during delivery. To ensure the successful receipt of your item, kindly arrange your availability to accommodate the delivery.
• ESD in the shopping cart means "Estimated Shipping Date".

US Freight:

• Prepping an order at our Facility can range from 3-7 business days. Transit Time to your shipping location can average 7 days.
• The advertised FLAT shipping rate is exclusive to the continental United States and does not include HI, AK, Territories, or the Islands. Extra charges may be applicable for shipping beyond these areas
• International orders may be subject to customs taxes based on different countries customs policies. Customers ordering from outside the United States are also required to arrange their own customs broker.
• Shipping duration for international orders typically ranges from 5-7 business days, plus an additional 5–10 business days of transit time. Please be prepared for possible delays.
• ESD in the shipping cart means Estimated Shipping Date.

Canadian Freight:

• Shipping costs will depend on the location of your shipping address relative to our facility in Vancouver, CA. 
• Shipping time is usually 5-7 business days, with an additional 5–10 business days for transit. Delays might occur.
• Please note that any changes made to the shipping address post-order may incur additional fees. Once your order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.

* A shipping notification will be emailed out with your tracking information included once your order leaves our facility.

For Harvey Woodworking Only: The flat rate shipping cost includes insurance, appointment delivery, lift gate services, and curbside drop-off per order. Indoor delivery is available at an extra cost. Please contact us at info@harveywoodworking.com for further details.

BACKORDERS:

In the event that an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped once it becomes available. The estimated shipping dates provided on our website can help you gauge when a product might run out of stock. Please review these dates carefully prior to ordering.
