Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

 

In order to cater to the unique needs of certain customers in Canada, Harvey has implemented a pre-sale service for selected items that are not publicly available in the Canadian online store. We kindly request that you carefully review the following rules and regulations before placing an order for any Pre-sale items to ensure clarity and avoid any potential misunderstandings.

 

  1. Payment:

Full payment is required at checkout when placing the order on Pre-sale items.

 

  1. Shipping:

All pre-sale orders will be shipped within 60 days from the date of order placement, and we will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. Make sure to check the estimated ship dates posted on the website to get an idea of when your order will be shipped out. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-sale items, we will ship the in-stock items first, with the pre-sale items following as soon as they become available. If you prefer to have all items shipped together, please contact our Harvey service team immediately after placing your order. Please be aware that modifying the shipping address after your order has been shipped may result in additional shipping fees.   1. Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you may cancel it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Harvey customer service team at (888)211-0397 as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process and address any questions or concerns you may have. 

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please be aware that due to the nature of pre-sale items, cancellations are subject to an additional handling fee equivalent to 25% of the order amount. Additionally, the 5% credit card processing fee applied during order placement is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. Non-refundable fees may also apply to cover expenses incurred during order processing, packaging, or restocking. Any applicable non-refundable fees will be communicated to you during the cancellation process.

 

  1. Return and Refund:

If you find yourself unable to cancel your pre-sale order within the designated time frame, you may still have the option to return the delivered products for a refund. Additionally, in the case of items needing to be returned due to damage or defects, please be aware that Harvey will cover all shipping expenses and provide replacements without any extra cost.

Please be aware that customers will be held responsible for any shipping costs or restocking fees related to returns that are not due to damages or defects.   1. Sales & Promotions Policy:

Please be aware that our sales and promotions do not apply to pre-sale items. Price adjustments will not be made for any product(s) purchased during or after a sale or promotional event. Furthermore, stacking discounts will not be permitted on any orders.

 

 

  1. Eligibility:

We welcome all customers to order our pre-sale items. However, please understand that we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our pre-sale policies.
