The Alpha HW110LC-36 is configured for 115V operation out of the box. However, it also includes a dedicated 230V switch, allowing the saw to be reconfigured for 230V operation if desired.
Important Note:
When converting from the default 115V configuration (which uses a NEMA 5-20P plug), the following changes are required:
Replace the plug with a NEMA 6-20P.
Change the wall receptacle to a NEMA 6-20R.
Change the breaker from a single pole to a double pole breaker.
Rewire the motor for 230V operation.
Install the included 230V switch in place of the 115V switch.
