Gyro Air G-700 — Siemens & Inovance Versions

This guide covers pairing the RC-700 Remote Control for both the Siemens and Inovance versions of the G-700. The pairing procedure differs between the two — identify your inverter model in Step 1 before proceeding.

Electrical Safety — Read Before Proceeding
+
Unplug the machine from the power source before accessing any internal components, panels, or wiring to avoid risk of electric shock or equipment damage.
+
The Siemens pairing procedure requires the machine to be temporarily powered on with the panel removed. Follow the steps exactly and do not touch any wiring or components inside the electrical box — only press the receiver button.
+
If you are uncertain about any step, contact our support team before proceeding.
Step 1 — Identify Your Inverter Model

Check the front control panel of your G-700 to determine which inverter version you have, then jump to the corresponding pairing section below.

✓ Siemens V20

Front panel is labeled SIEMENS above the readout and has a Hand Symbol button.

Early units: Receiver inside the electrical box
Later units: Receiver mounted on the right side of the electrical box (accessed through left side panel when facing from the front)

✓ Inovance

Front panel does not have the Hand Symbol button and is not labeled Siemens.

Receiver always mounted outside on the right side of the electrical box (accessed through left side panel when facing from the front)

Pairing the Remote — Siemens

Tools needed: wrench for the power switch stem, screwdriver for panel removal.

Prepare the Machine
1
Unplug the G-700 from the power source.
2
Remove the rear panel enclosing the main power switch.
3
Turn the main power switch to OFF to remove the switch cover. (The cover cannot be removed while the switch is ON.)
4
Remove the switch cover.
5
Use a wrench to turn the switch stem back to ON — this is required to power the receiver.
6
Plug the machine back in.
Pair the Remote
1
Access the receiver — inside the electrical box (early units) or through the left side panel (later units).
2
Press the small 'KEY' button on the receiver board. The light on the receiver will go dark.
3
Immediately press the 'ON' button on the remote — the LED should start flashing as it pairs. Press 'ON' again to start. If the machine does not start, press 'OFF' first then 'ON' — you should see the receiver's relay LED switching between the OFF and ON relay positions.
4
On the Siemens screen, ensure the Hand symbol is not displayed. If it is showing, the unit is in manual mode — press the Hand symbol button to switch to remote mode.
5
Test the remote for Start/Stop functionality.

After Pairing — Safely Reassemble
1
Unplug the machine. You may see low-voltage error codes — these are normal and will clear once the capacitors discharge.
2
Use the wrench to turn the switch stem back to OFF.
3
Reinstall the switch cover and rear panel.
4
Plug the machine back in and test.
Your Siemens G-700 remote is now paired! Refer to the RC-700 manual below for additional details.
Inovance Version — 12V
Pairing the Remote — Inovance
Locate the Receiver
Remove the side panel to expose the receiver (to the left of the inlet when facing from the front).
The receiver is adhered to the electrical box — gently pop off the cover to access the board.
Pair the Remote
1
Press the 'KEY' button on the receiver board. The receiver light will go dark.
2
Immediately press the 'ON' button on the remote — the LED should start flashing as it pairs. Press 'ON' again to start. If the machine does not start, press 'OFF' first then 'ON' — you should see the receiver's relay LED switching between the OFF and ON relay positions.
3
Ensure the 'Remote' LED is illuminated on the front screen. If not, press the M/R button on the screen to toggle between Manual and Remote modes.
Note: The Inovance version uses the M/R button to toggle modes, whereas the Siemens version uses the Hand symbol button.
Your Inovance G-700 remote is now paired!
