Automatic Registration

Warranties are automatically registered when products are purchased directly from Harvey Industries International. Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date as confirmed by carrier tracking records.


This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


New Products Warranty Coverage Period


Limited Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period for new products purchased directly from Harvey Industries International Inc. through its official online stores.


If a product is determined, at Harvey’s sole discretion, to be defective during the warranty period, Harvey Industries International will:

  • Provide replacement parts with instructions for repair or installation

  • Replace defective components with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater value

  • Replace the product if the defect cannot be remedied through parts replacement

All warranty remedies are limited to the options listed above and are provided at Harvey’s sole discretion.


Warranty Service Limitations

This warranty is limited to parts replacement and remote technical support only.

Harvey Industries International:

  • Does not provide on-site service, in-home repair, or field technician visits

  • Does not reimburse or cover labor, service, or diagnostic costs

  • Does not cover any costs associated with third-party repair services

Customers may elect to perform repairs themselves or hire a qualified technician at their own expense. Any such work performed by third parties is done at the customer’s sole risk.


Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • Replacement parts may be shipped at no charge within the contiguous United States

  • Shipping costs are not covered for locations outside the contiguous United States, including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other remote locations

  • Any additional costs, including freight, duties, taxes, or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer


What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Improper installation, setup, or maintenance

  • Use outside intended applications or failure to follow operating instructions

  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts

  • Damage caused by environmental conditions, including moisture, corrosion, or extreme temperatures

  • Acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural events

  • Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Loss, theft, or incidental damage


Warranty Claim Requirements

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue

  • Provide photos or videos if requested for diagnostic purposes

  • Allow reasonable opportunity for troubleshooting and verification

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of the warranty claim.


Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable express warranty period stated above.


Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply.


Limitation of Remedies

The remedies described in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.

Harvey Industries International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of productivity

  • Loss of business or revenue

  • Costs associated with third-party service or repair

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.


Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
