Warranty and Product Registration Policy

Automatic Registration
Warranties are automatically registered when you purchase directly from Harvey Industries International. Coverage begins on the delivery date as confirmed by tracking records.
Please note: Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

What is Covered

• Harvey Machinery: Covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty

• Accessories: Covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

• Bridge City Tools: Covered by a 1-year warranty

Our manufacturer’s warranty guarantees that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your product becomes defective during the warranty period, Harvey Industries International will repair or replace it at no charge, provided the claim meets the following conditions:

• The issue is due to a manufacturing defect (not misuse or external damage)

• The customer provides a valid proof of purchase showing the date and matching customer name

• The product is still within the applicable warranty period

Warranty Support Includes:

• Free repair of the defective product

• Replacement of faulty parts with new or equivalent parts

• Full replacement of the item if the defect cannot be repaired

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Negligence, misuse, or abuse

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

• Loss or theft of the product
