Condition and Disclosure
All scratch-and-dent and refurbished units are inspected and tested by Harvey Industries International to ensure proper functionality prior to sale.
These units may have cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to:
- Scratches
- Dents
- Paint defects
- Surface blemishes
These cosmetic conditions do not affect the intended performance or operation of the machine.
Prior to purchase, customers may be provided with photographs and/or documentation of the specific unit, if available, to review its condition.
Please note that descriptions and images may not fully capture or identify all cosmetic imperfections. Additional cosmetic defects may be present beyond those shown or described. Any such defects that do not affect the functionality or performance of the equipment shall be considered acceptable and within the condition of the product as sold.
Sale Terms
All scratch-and-dent and refurbished products are sold as-is.

- Availability is limited and not guaranteed
- Units are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
- No additional discounts, credits, or compensation will be provided for cosmetic conditions.
Customers will be required to sign an acknowledgment form confirming acceptance of:

Limited Warranty Coverage
Scratch-and-dent and refurbished products are covered by a limited 180-day warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to defects that directly impact functionality and does not cover:
- Cosmetic defects or previously disclosed damage
- Conditions shown in photos or documentation prior to purchase
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or external causes
Warranty remedies are limited to:
- Replacement parts
- Remote technical support
All warranty service limitations outlined in the standard warranty policy apply.
Service and Labor Limitations
Harvey Industries International does not provide or cover:
- On-site service or in-home repair
- Labor or diagnostic costs
- Third-party service or technician fees
Customers may choose to perform repairs themselves or hire a technician at their own expense.
Shipping Terms
- Additional shipping costs may apply depending on location or requested service
- Shipping costs for warranty replacement parts to locations outside the contiguous United States are not covered under the warranty
