Warranty and Product Registration

Warranties are registered automatically, starting from the delivery date, when purchased directly from Harey Industries Intl.

•     Warranties are non-transferable

What does the warranty cover?

• All Harvey Machinery will be covered under a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Accessories are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. 
• All Bridge City Tools are covered by a 1-year warranty.
• Warranties will automatically begin from the date you receive your item.

With our manufacturer's warranty, we guarantee to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period. If the product is damaged or defective, we offer a full warranty to repair or replace it within a reasonable time. All claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and matching name of the customer on file. 

• The company will assist in repairing the product at no cost if the product is still under warranty.

• The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts.

• The product will be exchanged with a new product if there is a manufacturer defect Harvey cannot fix. 

What does the warranty NOT cover?

• Damage to a product resulting from negligence

• Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product

• Damage caused by natural disasters

• Theft or loss of the product.
