Cancellation Policy

**Cancelation requests can only be completed for orders that have not left our shipping facility. If an order has shipped from our facility the request will be treated as a return.


As long as the order hasn't been prepared for shipment, orders may be canceled but will incur a 5% processing fee. PayPal checkout does not impose a 5% fee for processing online payments.

 

When placing an order, a 5% credit card processing fee is applied, and orders that are canceled will not be reimbursed for this fee. Full refunds may be accepted as store credit. 


We try our best to process orders within 3-7 business days but delays can occur due to high volume or other reasons. If we need to stop shipments and return an order, there could be additional fees and the initial shipping costs are not refundable.
