For optimal fence performance on your Harvey Alpha Table Saw, we recommend positioning the front rail so that the "L" bracket aligns precisely with the beveled edge of the table, as shown in the reference image below. Correct rail height is essential for smooth fence operation and accurate, repeatable cuts.

Why Rail Height Matters

Positioning the front rail at the correct height — with the L-bracket aligned to the table's beveled edge — helps prevent the most common fence setup issues:
