Overview

This article provides a step-by-step instructional video demonstrating the arbor assembly replacement process on the HW110LC and HW110TC table saws. Review all safety precautions and the important access note below before beginning.

Table Saw Safety
+
Ensure the machine is powered OFF, unplugged, and fully discharged before performing any maintenance or service to prevent the risk of electrical shock or injury.
+
Wear safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves when handling the arbor assembly. Components, especially the blade, may have sharp edges.
+
Wear fitted clothing and remove dangling jewelry before reaching into the cabinet or around any internal components.
Important — Table Top Removal Not Required

The video below shows the tabletop removed for demonstration purposes only. Removing the tabletop is not required to remove the arbor or arbor locking pin. Access can be achieved via the cabinet doors and side panel. Tilting the arbor can also help provide easier access to components during the procedure.
