• Always remove the machine from the mobile base before making any modifications to the base, such as installing shortened couplers or building a platform.

• Ensure the machine powered off and unplugged when installing it onto the mobile base or moving the base.

Configuration Options

Option 1: Standard Orientation with Shortened Couplers

• Position the bandsaw so that the lower cabinet door faces the side of the mobile base opposite the foot pedal—the side with no coupler.

• If the base is oriented with the pedal or couplers in front of the door, the lower cabinet door will be obstructed and unable to open.

• Note: Many bandsaws have a narrow cabinet width. If the standard couplers are used, they may create a gap between the bandsaw and the frame, resulting in an improper fit.
