Special Promotions and Price Adjustment Policy

1. Applicability of Promotions

Specially priced sales, flash sales, and “Limited Deal” promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or price adjustments unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. These sales are exclusive and operate independently from ongoing promotions or standard discounts.

2. Price Matching Policy

Price matching is not available for flash sales or “Limited Deal” offers due to their time-sensitive and limited-inventory nature. These promotions are strictly first-come, first-served and are offered only while supplies last.

For holiday sales (excluding flash and “Limited Deal” offers), a price adjustment may be honored in the form of a digital gift card if requested within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. Customers must provide their order number when requesting a price adjustment.

3. “Limited Deal” Sales

“Limited Deal” Sales refer to exclusive offers on a pre-allocated, limited quantity of select Harvey Industries International products. These promotions are available strictly while supplies last. Once the designated inventory has sold out, the promotion will automatically end.

Discounts from “Limited Deal” Sales cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased items or to regularly priced inventory.
