The Alpha HW110LC-36(P) is configured for 115v out of the box, and it also comes with a separate 230v switch for changing the configuration to 230v if needed.
The manual has instructions and diagrams showing both configurations for reference and below is a video link which goes into detail on the steps needed to complete the process of changing from the default 115v configuration to the 230v configuration.
