Follow these steps to adjust the rail height on your Ambassador C14 Band Saw. The adjustment nut beneath the table controls the vertical position of the rail and must be properly secured before operating the saw.

Note: These instructions apply to the stock fence included with the Ambassador C14 only. They do not apply to the Big Eye B-70 Bandsaw Fence System. For B-70 installation and adjustment, please refer to the Big Eye B-70 documentation.
Safety Notice — Before Making Any Adjustments

Power off and unplug the band saw from the power source before making any adjustments to the rail or fence.

Wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before reaching into the work area or near any moving parts.

Do not overtighten fasteners. Use appropriate tools and apply firm, steady pressure only.
Adjustment Steps

Locate the Adjustment Nut

Find the adjustment nut located beneath the table, positioned directly under the rail.

Loosen the Nut

Loosen the adjustment nut to allow for vertical movement of the rail.

Adjust the Rail Height

Adjust the rail to the desired height, ensuring it is level and properly aligned with the table surface.

Tighten the Nut Securely

Tighten the adjustment nut securely to lock the rail in place.

Important: Always ensure the rail is firmly secured before operating the band saw.
