Fence Options & Cross-Cutting Capacity

The JMPv2 Jointmaker Pro is compatible with two fence assemblies, each offering different cross-cutting capacities. The right choice depends on your workflow and the size of material you typically work with.

Fence Options

Stock Fence Assembly

7-1/2″ max

Included with the JMPv2 — no additional purchase required.

Wider profile — reduces available table space compared to the Precision Fence.

Maximum cross-cutting capacity: 7-1/2″ wide workpieces.

JMPv2 PF-Precision Fence Assembly Optional

8-1/2″ max

Sold separately — optional upgrade for expanded capacity.

Narrower profile — increases available table space and provides approximately 1″ more cutting capacity than the stock fence.

Maximum cross-cutting capacity: 8-1/2″ wide workpieces.

The Precision Fence is ideal for users who need maximized cutting width and additional workspace. If you primarily work within the standard 7-1/2″ capacity, the included stock fence is fully capable.
