Blade Replacement Instructions

Reference: Page 9 of the Manual — Section 4.4, Fig. 5

Blade Removal & Installation

Loosen the five screws on the orange blade holder (spine).

Do not remove them completely — just loosen them enough to release the blade.

For easier blade removal and installation, the manual recommends loosening the grey (or silver) Saw Guide — this step is optional.

Important — Black Blade Guide

Do not remove the black blade guide — this is a fixed reference point and must remain in place at all times.

The blade must rest against this black guide to ensure it remains properly aligned and parallel with the orange spine.

Following these steps will help maintain accurate alignment and performance during blade changes. For visual guidance, refer to Section 4.4, Fig. 5 in your user manual, shown below.
