Jointmaker Pro: Blade Replacement Instructions

(Reference: Page 9 of the Manual – Section 4.4, Fig. 5)


To remove the blade from the Jointmaker Pro, follow these steps:

  1. Loosen the five screws on the orange blade holder (spine).

    • Do not remove them completely—just loosen them enough to release the blade.

  2. For easier blade removal and installation, the manual recommends loosening the grey (or silver) Saw Guide, although this step is optional.


IMPORTANT:

  • Do not remove the black blade guide—this is a fixed reference point.

  • The blade must rest against this black guide to ensure it remains properly aligned and parallel with the orange spine.


Following these steps will help maintain accurate alignment and performance during blade changes. If you need visual guidance, refer to Section 4.4, Fig. 5 in your user manual (shown below).
