The SC-800/1000 Synchronized Control offers flexible integration for various shop setups and can be configured in multiple ways depending on your workflow. The two most common configurations are outlined below.

Configuration 1
Multi-Machine Setup — Single Synchronized Control

Multiple dust-generating machines can be connected through a power distribution unit and wired into a single SC-800/1000. As long as the total combined amperage does not exceed 32A, this is a clean and efficient solution for most shops.

The distributor connects to the SC-800/1000, which is wired to the main power supply. When any connected machine is powered on, the synchronized control wirelessly activates the G-800 or G-1000 automatically.

Max combined amperage: 32A across all connected machines — do not exceed this limit with a single control unit.

Configuration 2
Multiple Synchronized Controls — One Per Machine

When the combined amperage of connected machines exceeds 32A, it is not safe to run them through a single control unit. In this case, each dust-producing machine receives its own dedicated SC-800/1000.

Each controller can independently signal the G-800 or G-1000 to power on wirelessly when that specific machine is activated.

This setup allows for:
Greater flexibility in high-demand shop environments
Safe operation when running larger machinery with higher current requirements
Reliable dust collection activation without risking overload on a single control unit
Configuration 2 — Multiple SC-800/1000 Units, One Per Machine

Which Configuration Is Right for Your Shop?
If your combined machine amperage is 32A or under — use a single SC-800/1000 with a power distributor.
If any single machine or the combined total exceeds 32A — use one SC-800/1000 per machine.
