The UG-1 Universal Gauge is available in both Imperial and Metric versions, with a few key differences in scale markings and usage preferences.
Differences
UG-1 Imperial:
Features both Imperial and Metric graduations on the marking gauge and depth gauge.
UG-1 Metric:
Features Metric-only graduations on the marking gauge and depth gauge.
Similarities
Both models include a Centering Rule that is Metric-only.
The Centering Rule allows you to quickly find the exact center of stock up to 140mm (5.5") wide.
Simply align the same numbers on both sides of the stock, and the “0” mark will indicate the center—making layout work fast and accurate.
